Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 644vip platform and its users ("Member" or "User"). By using the 644vip website, mobile app or any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The 644vip website https://644vip.lat and all related services.
• "Member" — A person who has created a registered account on 644vip and is using the platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional financial benefit provided by 644vip.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on 644vip and use its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating in any financial transactions or gaming activities. If the 21+ age requirement is breached, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Terms

Each individual may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Full name, date of birth and current address must be entered correctly.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• 644vip may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time for identity verification purposes.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

644vip primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform from certain countries or regions may be restricted or prohibited. Using the service from a restricted region will result in account closure.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to prevent unauthorized use. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited.
• Always log out properly after using a public or shared device.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

644vip reserves the right to verify the identity of any member when necessary. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. If required documents are not submitted in time, the account may be restricted.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all methods on 644vip is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The accepted payment methods for deposits are:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's approved digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Transactions must be made from the depositor's own mobile banking account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal limit is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal amounts will only be sent to a registered mobile banking account in the member's own name.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are fulfilled.
• Withdrawals will be placed on hold and investigated in the event of unusual or suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal details must be consistent with the deposit method used.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). Two examples are given below:

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific conditions and the following rules apply:

• A bonus is applicable only once per member, household, device or IP address.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games approved by 644vip.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• 644vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program Cashback

The 644vip VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback rates:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on a member's gaming pattern and activity. Cashback benefits are also subject to specific conditions.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on 644vip (slots, casino, fishing, sports betting) are operated according to their own rules. It is recommended that you read the rules of each game carefully before starting to play.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount involved will be refunded.
• 644vip is not responsible for internet connection interruptions; the game state is saved on the server.
• All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds are subject to change when betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football (FIFA) and other sports. Finalize your betting decisions before an event begins. Live betting is governed by specific rules that are displayed in the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 644vip platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to gain unfair advantages.
• Using software, bots or automation tools to conduct gaming activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code, database or servers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other members or staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of or for a third party (proxy betting).

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Account Closure at the Member's Request

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, submit a request via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure; recovering a balance after closure may be complicated.

11.2 Account Suspension or Closure by 644vip

644vip may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false identity information or suspected fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the member is found to be underage.
• Suspected active money laundering or financial crime.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms and Conditions

644vip reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
